Review policy

Daycare Hub does not show parent reviews yet. Provider pages show the state's inspection findings instead.

When reviews open

Parents write the reviews, and we moderate them. We do not accept payment to remove or reorder reviews.

A review must come from a parent or carer who used the daycare.
We will not write reviews, buy them or reward them.
We will not hide a review because it is negative.
We remove a review only for abuse, private details about a child or staff member, or a clear conflict of interest.
A daycare may reply once, under its own name.

These rules follow the Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.
